To cancel an order, you just placed on LarissaLane.com, please email at LarissaLaneCompany@gmail.com.

Please know that we make every effort to process your orders promptly. Because of this, your order may have already been processed. If your order has been processed, you can receive credit towards your account within 30 days from the ship date (fewer shipping charges).

Returns:

Not satisfied with your product. No problem, all product returns through LarissaLane.com are handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy. We stand behind our products and want our customers to be extremely satisfied with them. If return is accepted products must be unused, have original packaging and be returned within 30 days of purchased date. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your product(s). Once return is received you will receive an e-gift card for LarissaLane.com

If you purchased Larissa Lane products at a beauty party, spa or salon; please contact them directly to inquire about their return policy.

Refunds:

All refunds will be credited to a Larissa Lane e-gift card within 30 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery if you choose standard shipping at checkout. Please also allow 5-7 business days processing before you receive your tracking number as our products are made to order. 

Other factors—like placing an order on a weekend or a holiday—may end up pushing the arrival of your item beyond the estimated delivery date. It's our hope that your products get where it's going as soon as possible, but given the factors involved, this is only an estimate.

Apply after cleansing face/ body. Place on fingertips and apply in circular motions. Rinse or remove with warm clothe. Use 3-4 times per week. Follow with toner.
